I have ignored repeated requests to publish an eZine for over a year now. My position is that most newsletter and eZine subscriptions are nothing more than thinly disguised attempts to collect email addresses giving the webmaster permission to bomb the subscribers email box with several sales pitches a week!The usual five or six sign up bonuses with arbitrary values assigned to them, are in most cases worthless rehashed freebies that arre available several places on the internet! These offers amount to nothing more than bait, and my question is if your newsletter is so powerful, why do people have to be bribed to subscribe?
For the above reasons I was content to operate with this blog and my rss feed.
I've discovered that many newer users aren't comfortable with setting up a news reader, so after a lor of soul searching I'm now publishing an eZine twice a month, with additional notices about scams as needed!

- Robert Louis StevensonThe above quote certainly holds true when using a Christian dating service.
When first joining an online dating service the early contacts are now where near what you are looking for, or worse yet no contacts period.
But, if each day:
You improve your online profile.
Become clearer on exactly the type of person that you are looking for.
Improve your writing skills.
Improve on the description of your ideal person.
Become better on setting the sites filters.
Learn the proper search techniques.
Then in time the harvest will most certainly come!
Remember though that connecting with mister or misses right is the easy part, to turn that connection into a relationship still requires good people and conversational skills!
